You need to sit down with your mom so don’t let her listening to it alone. It is good with you next to her. First you and your mother take wudu then sit down facing the kiblat (the direction of prayer) then listen to it until the end. Do not listen to it while you are driving or in a moving vehicle. Let me know what reaction your mom has while listening OK. InsyaAllah if the problem is not severe, by listening to it Allah will cure her.
